Hi, I’m Lindsay. I am a Certified Naturopathic Health Coach, Advanced Fertility Reflexologist and a mother to two little girls. I specialise in helping women and families to feel their best. I am all about living in a way that nourishes our whole health naturally. Our western lives tend to lend us towards living life with abundance. Abundance sounds pretty magical until along with that comes with our favourite words ‘stressed’ and ‘busy’. I am obsessed with helping women and in turn your families to thrive without layering on the pressure of getting it all right. My role as a Health Coach and a Reflexologist is to work with you to live those abundant lives but to live them more peacefully and importantly at your best health. More about me
Trained at the London School of Reflexology based in Regents University London. I was trained by one of Britain's leading reflexologist and author of The Reflexology Bible, Louise Keet. I have completed mulitple further accreditations in reflexology for fertility, pregnancy and women's health. Training with leading experts in the field of reproductive reflexology. This has allowed me to become a specialist in women's health, fertility and pregnancy. Supporting individuals and couples throughout their fertility journey and beyond.
I am also a commited Naturopathic Health Coach. Coaching you as an individual to reach your health goals. Working with you on your nutrition, exercise and lifestyle to enable you to feel your best self. Studying at the Collage of Naturopathic Medicine has allowed me to focus on the naturopathic approach to health coaching.
As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and Association of Naturopathic Practicioners. Lindsay is committed to continuing professional development, regularly attending courses and continuing in her research. The AOR, ARR, ANP have strict codes of conduct to ensure all members are practicing at the highest level in Reflexology and Health Coaching.
Lindsay treats all clients with the same relaxed approach and the strictest of confidence.
Qualifications
Certified Health Coach with the Collage of Naturopathic Medicine
ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology with the London School of Reflexology.
Advanced Fertility Training with Louise Keet

CPD in Metamorphic Reflexology and EFT with Ziggie Bergam.
CPD Diploma in Facial Reflexology with Ziggie Bergman, founder of Zone Face Lift and Facial Reflexology.
