As a health coach I will:

  • Empower you with information.
  • Support you to set your goals and meet them.
  • Assist you with diet, lifestyle and exercise plans.
  • Enable you to make sustainable changes.
  • Keep your budget in mind in relation to recommendations.
  • Identify emotional and lifestyle blocks that will prevent you from reaching your goals.
  • Recommend referrals to other therapists where needed.
  • Suggest testing and arrange or refer on where needed.



Health coaching is all about me helping you to feel your best and reach your full health potential. Working with you on diet, lifestyle, exercise plans and establishing any blocks along the way.  The aim is to create realistic and sustainable changes that will empower and enable you to feel your best self. 


A nutritionist will:

  • Give you precise tailor made nutrition plans.
  • Prescribe supplements where needed.
  • Work on in depth testing.
  • Support more complicated and long term illnesses.
  • Take a more medical approach.


 

Please note, as a health coach if I think it is needed, or if your case is out of my scope of practice. I will refer you on to work with someone that can support you with a more in-depth level of nutritional advice and testing.  My goal is always for you to feel your best self.

What would a session look like?

You will initially come for an in depth consultation that will act as the foundation for our work together. I will make suggestions for any referrals or testing where needed and then set out a road map of coaching together based on our first session.

What’s the difference being a Nutritionist and a Health Coach?

I like to be clear on the difference between myself and a nutritionist so that you understand what to expect when you come to see me. It's important to pick a therapist that can support you best for where you are in your journey.

I work one to one with clients on completely individualised plans so there is no one size fits all solution.  You may come in with a specific condition such as feeling tired all the time, struggling with IBS or you may just be looking to feel better. Working together, will enable you to see the root cause of your problem and identify solutions. Educating you along the way with how your body is working and how you could be facilitating it to feel better.

I specialise in supporting women to feel their best. From managing the work/ life balance, supporting busy mothers, balancing hormones and working together through your fertility journey. 

As a health coach, I will guide and facilitates the change but cannot do the work for you.  Identifying and changing habits that don't support your health requires your participation to be successful.  You’ve got this!
